Q. I got a Gift Voucher. Can I give it to someone else?
A. Absolutely! Just forward the SMS, Whatsapp or email to the person you want to give it to. Easy, right?

Q. How do I find a store that accepts my voucher?
A. Super simple! Head to the ‘Store Locator’ tab on the Brand Page and find the nearest outlet.

Q. My online voucher says “Invalid.” What should I do?
A. First, check if you’re following the correct steps (see How to Use on the Brand Page).
Still showing “Invalid”? No worries, write to Help_instantvouchers@pinelabs.com to raise your concern, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Q. My gift voucher says “Consumed.” What now?
A. Just write to Help_instantvouchers@pinelabs.com to raise your concern with relevant details. We’ll take care of it.

Q. My voucher expired before I could use it. Any chance I can still use it?
A. We recommend using vouchers within their validity period. But hey, you can still write to Help_instantvouchers@pinelabs.com .Sometimes expired vouchers can be revalidated on a case-to-case basis depending on brands’ discretion.

Q. Can I use my voucher online?
A. Depends on the brand:

  • Online only: Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Zomato, Myntra, etc.
  • In-store only: Pantaloons, Westside, Levi’s, Lifestyle etc.
  • Both: Croma, GIVA etc.

Q. Can I combine multiple vouchers?
A. Depends on the brand. Do check the brand specific page for ‘Terms & Conditions’ before making a purchase.

Q. How many times can I use a voucher?
A. Most vouchers are one-time use. Do check Terms & Conditions on the Brand Page for specific details.

Q. My favourite brand or amount isn’t available. Why?
A. Majority of brands sold by us have ‘unlimited’ stock. In exceptional cases, you don’t see what you want, wait a bit: stock usually refreshes in 48–72 hours.

Q. Will I get a physical voucher?
A. Nope! That’s the beauty of Instant Vouchers, they’re always on your phone via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Q. How many vouchers can I use in one transaction?
A. Depends on the brand. Check Terms & Conditions on the Brand Page.

Q. I’m getting a “Transaction Failed” error. What should I do?
A. Double-check your details and make sure online transactions are enabled on your card. Still stuck? Write to us at Help_instantvouchers@pinelabs.com for help.

Q. Money was debited, but my order didn’t go through. What now?
A. Don’t worry, your money is safe. Orders usually get processed instantly and in exceptional cases, within 24 hours. If not, refunds happen in 3–5 business days.

Q. I haven’t received my voucher yet. What should I do?

Q. I bought a voucher by mistake. Can I cancel it?
A. Sorry, vouchers can’t be cancelled once purchased.

Q. What’s the validity of my voucher?
A. It varies by brand. Check your voucher email/SMS/WhatsApp for details.

Q. Why can’t I log in or buy vouchers?
A. Possible reasons:

  • Your mobile number might be restricted for security reasons.

·       Payment issues due to risk rules or past fraud reports.
